Sculpt
A low-impact, infrared-heated mat class focused on precision, control, and muscle definition. Using Pilates-inspired sequencing and strategic isometric holds, this 45-minute session targets smaller, hard-to-reach muscles to create a sculpted, elongated physique.
Expect controlled, intentional movement paired with light hand weights, ankle weights, sliders, resistance bands, Pilates ring and bodyweight work to tone the arms, abs, glutes, and legs.
