    I’m Victoria Beaudoin, founder and instructor at PYRA Pilates, an infrared mat Pilates studio in Pompano Beach. My passion for fitness inspired me to create a space where Pilates, free weights, and infrared heat combine for a powerful workout.

    At PYRA, music fuels the energy, pushing you to sculpt, tone, and transform both physically and mentally. My goal is to help you build confidence, strength, and resilience—leaving every session feeling empowered and unstoppable. Whether you're challenging your limits or just having fun, PYRA is here to elevate your fitness journey!

    Hey everyone! I’m Elisa, a Florida native with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I teach Pilates with a strong foundation in strength training, helping clients move with purpose while building strength, control, and confidence.

    My classes focus on controlled strength, proper form, and that deep burn that sneaks up on you. I push clients through the moments they feel like they can’t keep going, so they leave feeling confident, energized, and proud of what their bodies can do every time they step on the mat.

    Instructor

    Sloane, has always had a love for fitness and weight training and once she started to incorporate pilates into her training she couldn’t get enough.

    She has obtained certifications in reformer and mat Pilates and has been teaching for over 2 years.

    She focuses on toning and strengthening the body and is dedicated to helping clients feel their best through tailored Pilates sessions that emphasize proper form, mobility, and strength. Whether you're new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, Sloane brings enthusiasm and expertise to every class, ensuring a positive and empowering experience for all.

    Instructor

    Olivia, a South Florida native from Boca Raton, infuses every Pompano Beach Pilates class with her ballet-honed grace, strength, and passion for movement.

    After motherhood reignited her love for mindful body rehabilitation and total-body toning, she now crafts creative, challenging sequences that refine form and build power. Known for her creative and engaging class sequences, Olivia's sessions are a dynamic blend of challenge and inspiration.

    Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, Olivia’s joyful approach empowers you to connect mind and body to reach your full potential.

    Hey, I’m Hailey! I teach Pilates so you can feel stronger, stand taller, and maybe even enjoy a plank or two (yes, it’s possible). My classes are all about good vibes, great music, and getting your glutes, core, and hamstrings to wake up and do their job.

    Expect a mix of slow burns, sneaky holds, and pulses that make you question your life choices—in the best way.     Hey everyone, I’m Aura! I’m a New Jersey native who fell in love with movement the moment I entered the gym, but everything changed when I found Pilates. After years of strength training, Pilates took my love for fitness to a whole new level from confidence, endurance, and mobility.

    My classes are all about having fun, building confidence and strength, and pushing you through those planks! No king or queen will leave without their booty, legs, and core shaking & but that will remind you just how strong you are!

    Daily movement has transformed not just my body but my mind. Pilates helped me become more flexible, more in tune with myself, and taught me that showing up for a tough workout is one of the most rewarding feelings there is. Come ready to sweat, smile, and leave each class feeling like the most confident version of you.

    Hey, I’m Francesca! I’m originally from West Virginia, and after moving to Florida about a year and a half ago, I completely fell in love with Pilates.

    I became certified early last year, and since then, it’s been my mission to dive deep into the practice and give every client the best workout possible. Combining weight lifting and Pilates has been a total game changer for me, both physically and mentally, and I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation.

    In my classes, you can expect amazing playlists, exciting flows, and a focus on truly feeling every movement in your body. I can’t wait to see you on the mat!

    Zoey Gleason

    Zoey grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. With a background as a competitive dancer, she built a strong foundation in movement that sparked a lifelong passion for fitness and body awareness.

    Her wellness journey includes competing in HYROX Dallas, training for a half marathon, and becoming a certified mat Pilates instructor. Zoey believes movement is about more than physical results it’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience from the inside out.

    What Zoey loves most about group fitness is the shared energy of people from all walks of life, united by the goal of becoming just 1% better every day. Join her on the mat for a hot, spicy burn that will challenge you and leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized.

    Hi, I'm Ashley!! Elementary teacher by day and a barre/pilates instructor by night (and weekends lol) I grew up a competitive dancer and have always been in love with movement beyond basic gym training. After a life-altering back injury, I was introduced to the world of dance-fitness and completely dove into this form of training for strength and recovery. I can't wait to share my love of Pilates with you all and hope you leave my classes feeling more empowered, confident, and stronger than you did before walking through the door. I can't wait to move, sweat, and grow with you guys. See you on the mat! :)

    Hi I’m Karla! A Florida native originally from Port St. Lucie with a deep love for health, wellness, movement, and music. 

    Fun fact: I’m actually a dentist full time but Pilates is where I get to bring balance, creativity, and connection to the work I do every day. I keep classes fun and approachable, but the burn is very real! Expect great playlists, real sweat, and intentional movement for every minute you’re on the mat. My goal is for you to feel challenged, supported, empowered and energized long after class ends.

FAQs

  • Our waitlist operates automatically—when a member cancels a reservation, the first person on the waitlist will be added to the class. You’ll receive an email notification if you’ve successfully been added from the waitlist. The latest you’ll be notified is 2 hours before the class starts.

    If you don’t get into the class from the waitlist, your class credit will be refunded to your account within an hour after the class concludes.

    If you’re on multiple waitlists and get into more than one class, our standard late cancellation policy will apply.

    For cancellations or changes, please ensure you update your reservation through the PYRA Pilates website or app via your member profile at least 12 hours before the class starts to retain your class credit. We do not manage cancellations for participants. Cancellations made after the 12-hour window or no-shows will result in the loss of class credit and a $25 + tax fee.

  • Currently, we do not accept guest bookings. All participants are required to sign our Member Agreement before joining any class.

  • PYRA offers flexible monthly memberships with two options: the TOTAL HOTTIE unlimited package and the HOTTIE 10-class package, each requiring an initial commitment. The TOTAL HOTTIE Membership requires a 3-month commitment, while the HOTTIE Membership requires a 4-month commitment. During this period, freezing or canceling the membership is not allowed, and no exceptions will be made.

    After completing the initial commitment (3 months for the TOTAL HOTTIE Membership or 4 months for the HOTTIE Membership), your membership will automatically renew each month until you decide to cancel. To avoid additional charges, provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days before your next billing date.

    Members can pause their membership for up to 2 months per calendar year (with a maximum of 2 freezes) after the initial commitment. Please note that freezes do not adjust the auto-payment schedule. Unused classes do not carry over and are non-transferable. If you choose to freeze your membership, the time between the freeze and your next billing cycle will be preserved. For example, if there are 10 days remaining until your next payment and you freeze for one month, your next payment will be due 10 days after the freeze ends.

  • We ask for cancellations to be made at least 12 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, a $25 late cancellation fee will apply. If you’re marked as absent, a $25 no-show fee will be charged. Please be mindful of others on the waitlist for popular classes and cancel your reservation if you're unable to attend.

  • At PYRA, timing matters. To ensure a safe, focused, and uninterrupted experience, there is no grace period for class entry. Doors lock exactly at the scheduled start time, and late entry is not permitted.

    We strongly recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time to:

        •    Find parking

        •    Get settled and claim your spot

        •    Sign a waiver if you’re new

        •    Set up your equipment and get mentally prepared

    Late arrivals will be marked as a no-show, and your spot may be released to a waitlisted member.
