Terms & Conditions

Liability Waiver

I/We hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs, and events held by PyraPilates may expose me to many inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I/We assume all risks of injuries with participation, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of a heated room during a workout, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me.

I/We hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in the activity. I/We acknowledge that I am physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activity I choose to participate in.

After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and Pyra Pilates furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE Pyra Pilates, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in Pyra Pilates training, programs, and/or events.

By accepting these terms and conditions, I/We indicate that I/We have read and understood this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

Monthly Membership Cancellation & Freeze Policy

Monthly Memberships require an initial commitment of 3 consecutive monthly payments for the 25-class membership and an initial 4 consecutive monthly payments for the 10-class membership, without the option to freeze or cancel during this period. No exceptions will be made.

After completing the initial 3-month commitment for the 25-class membership or the initial 4-month commitment for the 10-class membership, the membership will automatically renew indefinitely until terminated. You may cancel or freeze the monthly membership agreement with written notice to Pyra Pilates at least seven days prior to your next scheduled payment date, without incurring any additional fees or penalties. All cancellation and freeze requests should be directed to the following email address: burn@pyrapilates.com.

Monthly Memberships allow for a maximum of two non-medical emergency freezes per year, not exceeding a total of 2 months, after the initial 3-month or 4-month period. Freezes do not adjust or extend the auto-pay schedule. Any unused classes do not roll over and are not transferable. Freezing a membership preserves the amount of time between the freeze start date and the next billing period. For example, if it is 10 days until the next billing date and the membership is frozen for a month, the customer will be billed 10 days after the Freeze End Date.

Class Attendance Policy

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, we kindly request everyone to arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. These essential minutes before class allow us to:

  • Finalize the class list

  • Arrange participant starting spots

  • Accommodate individuals on the waitlist

  • Provide any necessary instructions or introductions

Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, your spot may be forfeited to a waitlisted participant, and the studio doors will be locked to ensure an uninterrupted workout session for everyone.

  • Late arrivals will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the loss of your class credit and a $25 penalty fee.

Cancellations and Changes:

  • You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the class start time to retain your class credit. Cancellations can only be made through the Pyra Pilates website or app via your member profile.

  • Canceling after the 12-hour window or failing to attend a class will result in the loss of your class credit and the same penalty fee.

Studio Etiquette:

  • For the safety and comfort of all participants, we maintain a strict no late entry policy. Please plan ahead to account for traffic, parking, and check-in procedures.

  • Notify us promptly if you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending, though standard policies will still apply.

By adhering to this policy, we can ensure classes begin on time and run smoothly, providing everyone with the best possible experience.

Waitlist Policy

The waitlist is an automatic system. If and when another member cancels a reservation, the system will automatically add the first person on the waitlist into the class. You will be notified via email if and when you’ve made it off the waitlist. The latest you’ll be notified that you’ve made it off the waitlist is 2 hours prior to the class start time.

If you're on a waitlist and don’t make it into class, your credit will be returned to your account 1 hour after the class ends. If you sign up for multiple waitlists and make it into multiple classes, our standard late cancellation policy will apply.

For changes or cancellations, please ensure that you cancel the class on the Pyra Pilates website or app via your member profile at least 12 hours prior to the class start time to retain your class credit. Pyra Pilates does not manage cancellations on behalf of participants. Canceling the class after the 12-hour booking window will result in the loss of the class credit and a $25 fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
